At the moment the only way to add them to your Loadout is by adding the via gibbeds Save editor.
The ids are: SFXGameContentDLC_CON_MP1.SFXWeapon_AssaultRifle_Krogan SFXGameContentDLC_CON_MP1.SFXWeapon_SMG_Geth SFXGameContentDLC_CON_MP1.SFXWeapon_SniperRifle_Batarian
The codes are located under the "RAW" tab -> "plot" -> in "player variables (collection)" just add them. Name is like posted above and value is for the weapon level. 1 is level 1 and 10 is level 10.
At least one person has reported success adding them to the Spectre store. Haven't tested it myself, as I'm not planning on another playthrough until the "improved" ending comes out...
Well i tested out those new weapons but i found them not to my liking. I'm still waiting for a new weapon pack that has a good assault rifle (one where it doesn't fire in 2 or 3 burst shots) and a good pistol that's not like the N7 Eagle where it acted like a Glock 17 converted to fire on full-auto. Oh and a new Armor Pack for Shepard too.
does editing armor effect descriptions affect the bonuses or is there another section i cant seem to find?

nvm, i got it, i moded it right the first time but missed some "s so it messed up the armor info pannel,
also, it seems that at least for full armors, you dont need to edit the descriptions, adding the sfxcontent... lines adds the bonuses into the descriptions on its own
