Open coalesced editor, search for particle rifle under bioweapon.ini and you will see all the options, Damage, Rate of fire etc.

That's the problem: it doesn't appear to be there, and certainly not listed as "particle rifle"

I would expect it to be in:

bioweapon.ini\sfxgamecontent\sfxweapon\assaultrifle\

But it does not appear to be.

Figured it was either "Reckoning" since that's the only gun that does now show up in weapons wiki. Or like in the past DLC weapons that can only be edited via DLC files. In any case, the answer stands, if its a weapon, and its currently editable, its in that section, just have to figure out which one.
