Great, Joker is going to crash the Normandy when EDI and him decide to consummate their very odd relationship.

I see nothing has been heard from about Miranda. Shame, shame.

Yep. Not a single word... no official statements, not even a single answer on the Bioware boards, just nothing.

It's disappointing really. Perhaps Ms. Strahovski's too busy with other things to comment? Maybe Bioware is planning something big and surprising? We know absolutely nothing at this point.

Miranda is the only squadmate we know absolutely nothing about, even though her voice actress is (I think) the most well-known of them all, perhaps closely beaten by Martin Sheen.

She's also my favorite female squadmate, so I'm even more disappointed in that regard...

Me too, as a female player, she was very empowering. Even a bit ****y at times, totally self reliant. I was hoping she would stick around with Shep, since she left Cerberus. Who knows. Maybe she will aid you in the Cerberus base.

Every (surviving) character from ME2 will have a part to play in ME3, that's been confirmed. Though only Garrus and Tali return as squad members.

Even if it hadn't been confirmed, they had a clip of Jacob in one of the trailers. If they include Jacob, then then it'd be almost certain everyone else (read: characters will some actual interest and personality) would show up also.

It makes sense that the band would all split up though. They're the single best minds in the galaxy, which is why you recruited them in ME2. To save a galaxy, you need people like that all over the place coordinating the defence/attack. Also the SR2 is re-appropriated by the Alliance Military, and the higher-ups would probably kick them all off if they haven't left before that.

At the same time, the fanboy in me would have loved to see them all at their stations on the Normandy, or moving around the ship and interacting with your new crew members.

As a side note - this probably doesn't belong here, but it's not worth making a new topic for - BW have unveiled the final version of their ME3 Liara figure. I have to say that it's a highly detailed, great looking figure... unfortunately, it looks nothing like Liara. Not to mention she seems to have had a boob job.

Hm? I thought that Bioware once said that they wouldn't create any new squadmates (except that beefy what's-his-name, James?) because they would bring all your old squadmates back?

This all comes from my memory so I don't have a source to give you, unfortunately.

Well James Vega is new, the Prothean guy is new, The other chick that looks like Snooki is new. Oh and EDI. Those are the only new ones I can think of.
