Well, the version of the game (and trainer) is 1.0.30 but as SuicideRun mentioned, not all options are working. I have tried to follow your troubleshooting procedure as well but had no luck either. I can confirm that super damage and add gold works. On the other hand, add xp, level up/down and add upgrade points do nothing. I have not tested the no hero damage option.

Hi! The game still crashes when I press F1, what should I do?

(I already use the trainer as an administrator and set unepic.exe to execute as an administrator as well)

the game has most likely patched causing the trainer to no longer work correctly. you will need to wait until an updated trainer is released.

correct. the developers hotfixed the previous patch yesterday in less than 5 hours. so that's 3 patches in 24 hours.

pwiz will post updated trainer when he is able shortly. (most likely he already did just a moment ago).

HOWEVER, this pretty much cinches it for me. we quit supporting this title because the game was never finished and kept patching incessantly. it's ridiculous. if you don't want to call it 'broken' then that is your decision.

I might look at this title again in a month. I hope you enjoy the last trainer we post because it might be a bit before we look at this game again.

I don't have time to update low budget dink 'unepic' 3 times a day when we have other games to support.

Well it is a single guy who made this game afterall, so it takes some fixing to get it right i suppose.

If you could look into the possibility of adding a Noclip feature or a room skipping feature for any upcoming updates of the trainer that would be awesome, since the game requires multiple people to get past some spots in all but two maps.
