First, none of the run speed editing ones work for me. In fact, fmovesprintmult slows me down to walking speed, even if I set it to something like 100/1000. The other one didn't give me this problem, but it didn't alter my speed at all, either.
Also, I did PSB and now when I kill a dragon and find a word wall it says I learn the word but I don't. And I know the first few are invisible, I scroll down and still only have the shouts I unlocked before using PSB. Any thoughts or advice on these issues?
Has anyone found a working method of unlocking shouts without using psb? I've got plenty dragon souls, but no shouts to use them with. Unfortunately, "player.addshout [ID]" doesn't work, even if you do find the correct shout ID in amongst all the dead dupes - the "base" shout is listed, but it doesn't show even the first word of it, so you can't unlock it with a soul.
Also, someone said that values above 100 in skills are useless. May be true for certain things, but I noticed that values over 100 seriously affect smithing - every ~10 skill levels up, you'll be able to further upgrade armor/weapons over the previous max. Setting smiting to 1000 then upgrading will get you some seriously powerful stuff.
Not sure if this is going to help anyone with getting shouts to work, but I had a hunch since the shouts are in the magic. I did a overall help on whirlwind, which is one shout, i got two shouts called whirlwind sprint, but I also got whirlwind sprint 1, 2, and 3 under spells. Each shout is made up of three words, where I think each number is the first second and third word for the shouts.
Hi all im stuck with the player.modav command, i did it successfully it added points to my destruction skill however it turned the number green, and does not allow me to spend perk points in higher skill destruction skills. Is there a solution to this ? or have i just missed something ?
