actually i believe the nightingale armor set is best for rogues as it has enchants to increase stealth and stuff. Light armor set and also the only armor set I've seen with a cloak
I mentioned some of the next text also in another thread the "what is highest damage" thread, but since its a console cheat i will tell what i did in this thread here
Open console type help damage 4 scroll in the list with page up page down until you see PERK 00101076 (extra damage 6) next you simply type: player.addperk 00101076 after that go in inventory and check any weapon, especially damages, ( in my case i have most skills at 100 and a lvl 64 char) my max damage "shown in the info about weapons in inventory, maxxed "over 10K" Try the cheat out for youselves guys , and see if it helps
FYI - They just posted a file on Skyrim Nexus that unlocks all perks. You unzip the text file in your Skyrim directory and type "bat perkget" and it automatically gives you all perks.

Yes. this file is essentially what someone here did and upped to the Nexus. It runs all the commands for every perk...i did mine manually...did hope they would have been quicker with it lol
I found the easiest way to get most if not all the enchants unlocked. Go to the testing hall. You can safely take out all the enchanted weapons from the storebox and also all the enchanted armor. none of them will break the game. after you disenchant all the ones you want use the code: player.removeallitems This will remove every item from your inventory except quest items.
