i think the censor kinda messes up the game imo f bombs and all are being said every second and it makes no sense to censor your bits... there a part where u run around naked too and its kinda annoying/irritating that there's a blur patch on your screen

Only if they have sexual scenes or game play in it. They'd have to bump up to A but I'm not sure. I think with full uncensored nudity they might have to as well. Didn't seem to be a problem for L.A. Noire. Bunch of pervs jerking it to dead mutilated corpses with giant hairy bushes. La Epic!
Go to a store called Leather & Lace in the Morningstar district, look up clothing for Upper Body, go to Bras, and choose an item called Cover Your Nips. These look like pasties, except that they are very small and round, and if you fiddle with the color palette, you can make them look like nipp**s. Unbelievably, this COMPLETELY removes the pixellation of the boobs.
I am pretty sure you can do the same thing with the Saints Row thong.
No need for patches when you can remove the pixellation using in-game "mods."
now the thing i don't get is is it really necessary to blur when there's actually no detail would that still be considered nudity? Like poster above explained if you put pasties on it un blurs so the game is saying basically nipples and the other are bad. So why couldn't they have left a giant ken and barbie doll running around uncensored? Or is that too much for people now a days but it was ok for them to touch a toy like that built all non anatomically correct years ago. I'm not trying to sound like a perve or anything but some of the things we do make no sense to me.

The problem with that is that would probably bump the rating the Ao (Adult Only), and those game don't get released on consoles (like MS, Sony and Nintendo won't allow those game to be released)
Something that stands out to me, that I haven't seen anyone mention is that the female form is horrendously censored to the point that the distortion even shows over some outfits, yet that exact same form in all the exact level of detail (MORE detail actually), is seen completely UNcensored practically all over the city. Has no one noticed the giant naked statues and naked "streetlamps" everywhere?
So the idea that the comically over-exaggerated censor is to keep the rating down is completely bogus, as if that wasn't already clear from Zimos' entire set of missions.
