This trainer has been downloaded by over 6,000 members so far and yours is the only complaint of this nature. Something on your end is either stuck or interfering with the trainer. Trainer is operating fine.

sticking keys has happened to me too but as things stand, big mans right, its the keyboard on our ends hanging up on a key, try pressing all the cheat options so the keyboard can sort itself out with the new input rather than enabling and then disabling the same cheat over and over.
that being said, latest patch and latest trainer still has some issues, particularly with invulnerability. crashing on loading a new area is pretty common. maybe something like whats been done with the Deus Ex Human Revolution trainer would fit nicely, disabling the cheat upon entering a new area. but meh... I don't know specifically if thats the problem or not, all I can say is that gameplay is a lot more crash free without using the infinite health option of this trainer.
I wouldnt be at all surprised if they were frankly sick of this game and trying to get their trainer to work properly with rages shoddy coding, to be perfectly honest
Heaven knows they've tried their best, and even added some suggestions from us in order to improve functionality.
I'm having the same problem as the rest, game crashing upon moving to new area or saving. I note that it happens even with all options disabled; just having the trainer activated causes it.
A bit of a shame, since I didn't have this problem with the unpatched game and original trainer. Not saying that it's CH's fault though.
Patch 2 is out though (leaked, I think), so maybe the next version of the trainer will work better with the new patch.
I'm having trouble with the trainer only working intermittently. When it works it works well, but when it doesn't it's completely non-functional, for me.
I've now re-downloaded the trainer multiple times. I've not modified my game files in any way. Any thoughts, official or otherwise, as to why I've suddenly become unable to use the trainer in-game?
