The trainer causes the game to ctd with no error message whenever I activate Option 2: Super Fury. I am trying to use it in the chapter "III - The Weapon".
Super Fury = GodMode. What I saw when I enabled super fury and then activated fury mode in the game is that fury mode did not end for the rest of that part of the game and whenever I was hurt I very quickly regained back all of my health and armor.

I just wish there were a way to get rid of that annoying glow when fury is activated. It can be a tad disconcerting when that glow is on all the time.

Activate it and it will fill your meter right away then deactivate it. This works for me. If I leave it on and press the T key to activate fury it seems to work the first time but then when loading to new area it will crash when activating again. I am passed the train crash and activating then deactivating seems to work thru all previous load screens. I have the Steam version. However you can still die and you lose the god mode. But if you activate the fury mode you can wipe the enemies out fairly easily. Then just reactivate to refill your meter. (oh and you dont end up with that continual gold glow after activating fury which was quite annoying)
