Hey I fired up the trainer with Space Marine and after activating the trainer at the menu screen I started the campaign and it went de-activated and the different actions didn't work.

you have to be in part of the game that allows it to come on. you aren't allowed to do certain things at the beginning of the game and in certain parts of the game.

You don't get fury for a bit. Hence, you can't activate it right in the beginning. You need to wait till you get your first purity seal.
