The 3241 trainer was fixed and reuploaded yesterday, so yes there was 2 versions of it, the one with the bugged movement option and the one fixed which came out yesterday.

i think it is the game no the trainer. I tried it both with and without the trainer and going back on earlier saves but as soon as i hit end turn it allows the other clans to do their thing and then it chrashes. must be the game itself and hopefully steam will get it updated soon
remember, you must turn on the number lock key in order to use the options for the trainer, also if your game is updated by steam, make sure you guys use the newest trainer
if you have the unlimited movement key on, then it sometimes crashes the game due to all the computer clans having unlimited movement so make sure you turn off that option at least to make sure you receive less crashes
is it just me or the trainer screws up save game files.. so you end up with a message saying that shogun 2 is not authorized :S... even thou i bought the damn game XD

thats weird, try moving the steam file to the games file instead of the program files, i did that and i havent gotten a blue screen or any issues since
I'm having similar problems to many others. Everything actives fine (hear the trainer activated sound, etc)... but no game effects and CTD within a turn of using the trainer.
I'm on current version of both S2TW and the trainer and have followed all the drama here... just wandering what besides being updated I'm doing wrong for the trainer to not be working
Note to the CH staff: pardon the fury of the S2TW players... many are so used to starting a VH/VH game of Total War, pumping their beginning stats and economy with the console commands and then bunkering down for a challenge. However Shogun 2 doesn't have console commands, so that crew is very put out, coming here to get the trainer for the same experience and then when there was issues, you're having to deal with twice jilted gamers venting on your forums instead of CA or Steam (where appropriate). It doesn't excuse our behavior, but I thought some explanation might help before there is bad blood between us and you (BTW: Love this sight, best $ I ever spent!)
