there is a file for the steam games and the steam info under your program files like this C:\Program Files (x86)

in the program files should be the steam file

open up another window of the computer files to your game files like this C:\Games

move the steam file from the program files to the game file DO NOT DELETE/CUT AND PASTE THE FILE just move it with your mouse from one window to the next. steam will run just fine and so will the games
