this is a good question.

if you are having NO luck with the trainer, please post:

1) what OS you are using (win xp? win 7? vista?) and type (32 bit OS? 64 bit OS?)

also, does the trainer work with:

2) skirmish? or campaign? if campaign, which race?

and also does your game require

3) STEAM? or is it RETAIL DISK?

and

4) What country is your game from? has steam updated your version?

there may be an OS issue or something involved so maybe i can look into that in the morning.

at any rate, i tested this on:

32 bit XP
32 bit win7
64 bit win7

so far and it works for me.

as always, please be concious that these trainers are NOT for online play and WILL CAUSE DESYNCH and etc. only use them in SINGLE PLAYER against bots or in campaign.

I've tried it in skirmish, doesn't work. So far, tested it on Eldar, Orc, Space Marine, and Imperial Guard, and crashed each time. Testing the rest later.

Steam-purchased edition

4) What country is your game from? has steam updated your version?

US Steam Edition, the version matches that of the trainer.

EDIT: Testing it with the remaining races in campaign, campaign is a total loss. Will test skirmish next.

I didn't have to disable any AV software or run the trainer as admin. I have not tried any of the other campaigns yet, but will update if I run into any issues with them.

The new template looks good (and the voices are a bit less... intrusive), however the taskbar entry in Win7 does not have a title.

Running Windows 7 32bit
6850 Radeon
3 gig ram
Steam Version of it, Match's trainer version.
No AV installed atm.
I even try'd it in offline mode and disconnected from the internet.
Imperial Guard as my race.
