I got past the corpse and door thing by reloading an older save game. Got the hint from EA forums. Could be trainer related or bad save. I don't use a pirated version and still experience glitch/error. Have EADM version.
HAHA! I just shot some mines on the door till they all exploded due to my 1h 20min frustration playing with the corpse trying to open that stupid array door.. The door said "Access granted! Welcome Mr. Phillips" ... So detonating couple of mines seems to work out
When you first enter the big room with the SNA-saccer door, you have turn right and then enter a small bedroom. In her you will find a body on the bed. Use kenesis on it and take it over infront of the scanner dooor and it should open for you.

there is no jumping into conclusions about it, if your stuck at 7 then you are using the flt crack and they have issued a fix for it. if you are stuck at the door where you need auth, then as someone said already, you need the body in the bedroom to the right of the door.even then, it does not always open right away,i had to drop the body in front of the door and it finally opened after about 2 min. This Array door problem is also on EADMN version of the game. Which is not pirated. I dont use any cracks here and i still got the array door glitch problem. Solved it though with a bunch of detonator mines on the door and exploded them :P Way to make that silly door to open.
im getting the weirdest bug now, ive jsut gone outside to align the solar panels. One is already alligned, ive jsut aligned one myself, but when i go to the 3rd one, its not there, check this screenie Link
