love the trainer guys, but there seems to be some hankyness with the 99 items code.
It may be a shifting target in the memory, I'm not sure, but it only seems to work about a third of the time for me. Using the Retail version of the trainer.
All other options on the trainer work fine for me, so the functionality is there, and even with the 99 items code, it will -SAY- 99 stacks of whatever, sometimes, but it will more often than not just eat them up in the same amount of time as if they weren't labeled 99. Perhaps the change is visual only...
Again, about a third of the time, it will provide infinite ammo in a stack, or 99 health packs, and whatever else, but by far most of the time it does nothing but appear like 99.
I mostly only want the effect of infinite ammo while retaining the reloading cycle, so if the Boolean that determines consumption of the stack could be permanently turned off, that would accomplish the same thing for my needs.
cough cough...
The trainer works so long as you don't want that 99 items feature, but when it's a feature I'd really like to use, it leaves something to be desired...
Hey there one and all,
you don't need a new trainer for the FLT crackfix that was crashing some versions in Chapter 7 when trying to get through the door to the solar array. Use the crackfix if you have to, for that section (and you don't need to use the cheat in this section anyway), finish doing what you have to and get to the next save point. THEN REVERT BACK TO THE PREVIOUS .EXE FILE (Pre FLT Crackfix). This now allows you to continue in the game using the trainer that works and means the the CH guys don't have to spend time that could be better used elsewhere.
Cheers
P.
Actually... the trainer worked perfectly for me, even with the FTL crackfix.
