I haven't seen an English demo for the River of Time anywhere, but the retail English version of the game is now available at GamersGate, and possibly Impulse by now as well.
Of course, I haven't had time enough yet to check and see if the 1.12 trainer will work on the GamersGate game.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I've downloaded the game and am very excited that CH already has a trainer for it.
Really, should I have been surprised that CH would be the first as always.?
