Be aware though, turteling gets severly punished in CoH you have to be agressive however there is a mod around , which devides map in half and then gives you for example 15 min ,no-combat time to build base & unit and such

Age of Mythology is a pretty sweet game, so I recommend it!
Also try your hands on Sid Meier's Pirates!
EDIT: +1 for Company of Heroes. You have most of the highly acclaimed RTS games, so I am shocked you missed out on this. Also this brings me to yet another fabulous RTS game: World in Conflict. Don't get the Soviet Assault expansion though since its a total waste of time and money.

I see that you have StarCraft 2 but not the original. I would definitely suggest playing the original. It kind of helps you know the storyline. Plus I have played StarCraft 1 for a long time and the skills I had from playing that one helped me with StarCraft 2.
Its a wee bit old (like AOE old) but at the time it came out it was way ahead of anything else I could find.
And I still find things about it which are superior to modern day RTS games.
You can build a really strong base with loads of rocket and plasma and laser towers etc and sit there through wave after wave of enemy assaults (highest kill count I recall was over 10,000 in one skirmish which lasted about 5 hours)
Plus it has the best resource system I've come across, it monitors your output and input resource wise and you only go down in resources if your output gets higher than your input, very handy
