If you want god mode for this game, send a PM for me and I tell you where can you find it. At least until it will be added to the megatrainer here on CH.

Like to warn rest here. I use US version of Window 7. The trainer is downloaded from a site that is outside the USA and uses .exe that Window's 7 Security Center considers to be UNSAFE exe file and will block it also your antivirus will block it as well with error code relating to Keylogger Type Trojan.
For the record, I rarely will try another trainer outside of Cheat Happens for I consider CH be more reliable then the others..
The trainer has been made with Cheat Engine. Some AV may pick it up as a keylogger, because it is checking which key did you press to activate the cheats. I have the same issues with CheatHappens trainers too in some cases and I have to disable my AV to use the trainer. That's why it is mentioned in the troubleshooting too.

I strongly suggest you run antivirus on it... The EXE file has a Trojan Keylogger attached it to it...
Am not going to disable any of my antivirus problems or security features, you have to be very stupid to do so.... Maybe we can get CH to add a optional god mod to the current mega trainer where I know CH is quite safe to use.
Antivirus will say it is keylogger, because Trainer uses Hotkeys to activate options. That is very simular behaviour to keyloggers. But trainers do not use entire keyboard and save or upload.

As you say. And you don't have to use the trainer if you have cheat engine, because the cheat engine table is also public and anyone can used it, but you need to install cheat engine to use the table. So you have 2 options:
1. using the trainer 2. installing cheat engine and using the cheat engine table or create your own trainer from the table.
And cheat engine is a safe program and many people is using it. So then you dont need to worry about virus. And the cheat work with steam and rld version too.
