Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Ok, I am currently deployed in Afghanistan, so as you can imagine, internet is pretty hard to come by. I downloaded the latest trainer for my Empire: Total War game, made sure the versions matched. downloaded the offline key generator, got my offline key, and placed all these in the game folder. The trainer works fine as long as I have a connection, but like I said...internet is very hard to come by. It simply won't authenticate when im offline, its as though the long time I spent downloading everything (internet is VERY slow if you can connect at all) was for nothing. What am I doing wrong here? I deleted the key and went through the process again to get a brand new key, and still nothing...I just want this thing to work. (I couldn't find a smiley pulling out hair either, as thats about how I feel right now. The Army doesn't allow me to have much hair, and I kinda like where it is presently, but I'm pulling at the roots trying to figure this out)
