It's showing that the cash has been sent, and the money is also showing as sent on my online statement.
Have payment screenshots to prove this.
I'll phone the bank tomorrow, but if they say that I can't get the money back, then I have no other means of action other than to claim to my credit card saying the money was fraudulently taken. As I've paid for a service that never delivered.
Hope this can be resolved soon.

Take it up with Google. I cannot grant you a membership for funds we did not receive. Thread closed.
