I played back in 2009 on my hunter. Started it back up just today and noticed he had his skill points maxed (level 33, used a skill trainer hack). I went to reset his skills by going to the skill reset area in the game, reset the skills, but it gave me the same amount of skill points I had from using the trainer. Is there anyway to reset my characters skills back to normal? I don't think level 33 characters are suppose to have 94 skill points

Only way to do it is to use a save editor and reduce your amount of skill points to your level -4 (Because level 1-4 you don't get SP).
It'd almost be easier to just restart the game.

I played the game with 3 other friends through co-op and we were all around the same level. Me the only one hacking after we stopped playing lol, we decided to start it back up - in-which I didnt want to have to fully restart X_x. Thanks again!
