How do you unlock blood mage in dragon age origins,,, i unlocked all the others but cant figure out how to get blood mage please help me out wit info if you can

What character class are you?
as a mage you have a friend who you help to escape (ideally)
If you keep him alive you run into towards the end of the game in the arls basement (dungeon)
If you play as any other class you will meet him for the first time there.
play nice and help keep him alive by all means. after the battle there (which he helps in) you have the option of learning the blood magic. You have to choose to use blood magic to save a childs life. (another party member will do it for you if not mage)
But you know ahead of time that someone else will be sacrificed. You must not choose any option that will keep everyone alive (like entering the dream world) You must do the sacrifice. And will gain the blood magic.

hey i tried to let jowan sacrifice the woman but it still sent me to the fade and im pritty sure that i already completed it before sacrificin the woman and also bringing the mages from the circle and killin the boy but it never comes up to be able to learn blood magic...do you no what im doin wrong

Its been a while since I played. I thought that was where you got it.
In the fade is there a desire demon? if so you may be able to bargain for it there.
I know for a fact you get it in the arl quests. and it has to do with that boy and jowan.

Secondly, the easiest way to unlock blood mage - I'm assuming you are a mage, is going to the Fade by sacrificing the women (queen?) in the castle during the mission where you save her son, when you get to the end of the Fade and meet the female erotic style demon thing you take it up on it's offer to sleep with it, or take it up on its offer to gain power, and you are granted blood mage.
