I get an error when trying to run the trainer that says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file." Of the numerous trainers I have from this site, this is the only one that does it to me. I've re-downloaded it several times on the off chance it may have been corrupted, but still the error persists.

That's the odd thing. The AV isn't on. I can't run it on admin, because when I try it gives me the error before the verification pop-up can occur. And again, this is the only trainer on this site that this happens with. Every other one works perfectly.

I downloaded the regular retail version trainer to check and see if it works, and it starts and functions fine. No AV messages, no error starting the program at all. Don't know why the Steam/D2D version won't work.

I logged in as you. Downloaded the ME2 1.02 STEAM trainer. Extracted it and it ran just fine on my PC. It also worked fine in the game. Different trainers use different security templates. Never assume that one will work like any other. Something on your machine is interfering with the download or with the trainer running. Some AV's cannot simply be DISABLED even when they say they are. That's why I say to UNINSTALL ANY AND ALL SECURITY SOFTWARE.
