Has to be Darth Vader - Nothing could make him better, I even love how the name is a clue to the revelation of The Empire Strikes Back. The outfit, the voice, the breathing, the force choke, the red lightsaber, and a cape too. Then the scars - physically, and emotionally, he is one twisted up guy. And just to top it off - He's a cyborg.
Second place goes to Joker and in third is Sephiroth.
I'll write something on each of them later today.
