It's definitely Galactus, he has that whole "power of the entire universe" thing under his belt. My favorite out of that selection would probably be The Hulk or Wolverine. My favorite overall is either Deadpool or Gambit.

Phoinex, Nate Grey and arguably any other omega level mutant would trump Apocalypse.
From what we've seen, Apocalypse has no way of even touching Iceman.
I don't know too much on apocalypse but from what I gather, he shape shifts and rivals Professor X in terms of intelligence.
