there is one tac location that i cant get.seems to be a bug in the game or something.you kill a bunch of guys but the rest are on top of the building you cant see them but when you try to go after them it says your too far from the tac location go back.i sat there for 4 game days waiting for them but they never come.WTF! has anyone else had this problem? its the one that is right in front of a tall building and there is a freek hole right near by out in front.i have all except this one.

you need to be able to climb the building itself, rank 5 agility, look for the strips of white lights on the side of the building, there all sat up on a set of floors towards the top of the building.

You don't really need a rank 5 agility, I got up to the building with a four. Climb some of the near-by buildings and jump to the target building.

i ended up just doing it the easy way, got a chopper and flew up there and blasted them all.same with some of the freak holes just flew into them activated beacon and blasted any freak that got near it.
