I have a big problem in the game,whenever i try to go to one of kingdoms door my game crashes and it get turned off.Now what should i do?

try re-instal or start a new game

1)maybe game have problem on loadings
2)re-install the game
3)game is not installed correctly
4)make sure your pc supporting game
if you cant fix the problem go to www.ubi.com and there is a support part. use it

Using a crack?

game is protecting by DRM so it is hard to play cracked version
anywasy i dont know you using cracked version or no but if you using it there is 2 ways
1)go and buy orginal version

Well my game is original.now the problem is fixed,i just re-install the game and start new game.Thanks!
