Even if it is girly, he has got a decent voice. There's a lot of talentless musicians who are more popular and annoying then Beiber.

So suppose you could say he as an Okish voice but no real songwriting ability at all assuming he even rights his own songs. Serious though how does saying the word baby, baby baby a million times constitute as talent.
