Alpha Protocol Discussion
Tried admin rights and such running them with that no joy, older trainer worked fine just needed to remember to shut it all down before i was done on a map.
Running the game on windows 7 64bit, dont know if there is a problem with that.
would having it on Steam be a problem, in the notes it says it should do fine on fixed-Executables

Link to Gamefix and the modified EXE, original EXE apparently uses a sort of protection or atleast appears to alter the addresses used by the trainer making it a bit unstable, this also goes for the Steam editing.
Using this won't interfere with Steam, VAC or anything else, do a backup of the current EXE and then use this one, also Skidrow's methods are often detected as Trojans via many AV solutions but the file is clean.
(Site itself uses a few popups without a ad-blocker and can even redirect at times but it shouldn't be much of a problem, other sites are normally linked to instead as with say Just Cause 2 but they do not carry modified EXE files for titles not actually using a disc check.)
(Sites like this have been linked to before but should there be any problems I'll remove the link, cracks are a gray area and they do break most EULA's about modifying the game content in this way but as long as you own the actual game there shouldn't be a problem.)

EDIT: Sent a PM instead to get it resolved instead of linking to it openly, should work even better.

EDIT: Most recent examples of this kind of protection would be GTA IV and it's Episodes addon and AvP3, it is often suggested to try with a modified EXE file incase such protection is removed though most of the time while other trainers usually only target these sort of EXE files CH's trainers works with the original (Which helps stability and compatibility when not using such a EXE.) which is very nice.
(Even if it sometimes appear to be a lot of work with say LIVE or this system in Alpha Protocol.)

EDIT: The above meaning systems that interfere with trainers directly and not this particular system used by this game.

This is, if you're using the US trainer, try using the UK trainer. And vice versa.
