KeSPA does have a lot of questionable practices, but they are a lot better with scheduling and getting stuff done. Blizzard is such a mess with their tournaments. As long as they don't interfere with GOMTV's way of running things too much, then they shouldn't do too much. At least Blizzard supported the GomTV StarLeague for more of a foreign audience. I can see it a huge step for breaking the Korean barrier with e-sports which is a huge thing (something I know KeSPA always never cared about).
Your bitterness, I will dispel

I saw the pre order box at best buy yesterday, i almost picked it up. ive heard so much buzz about it i wanted to be sure first.
Id like to add a bit to this conversation, if its ok. Since i dont have a battle.net account (well havnt for 8 or so years..i think) i decided to go actually read all the info before signing up for another one.
1. The EULA is insane, it almost sounds like if you breathe the wrong way..they can deny you access to the network. Im sure a mem trainer doesnt fall under any of the category's other than MP cheats(which means as usual dont do it.), but its ..vague.
2. I found this while reading through the whole privacy policy.

I really want this on launch day..but i may wait for a few reviews and ..feedback.
