Why won't they make it? And if they do make it when is the relise date ?

We currently don't have any Fable: The Lost Chapters trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

They have not yet expressed any wish to make it for PC and as creators of it, they have exclusive rights to choose whether or not they will release it for any platform.
The reasons why they won't make it matter very little mainly because they can choose to do whatever they want with a product of their creation.
