If your aged 12-21 (in some cases older or younger) then it could be caused by puberty, as the body changes it affects people in different ways and sometimes people (both men and women) can have excessive nosebleeds. In rarer, but not unheard of cases, your ears and eyes can sometimes bleed excessively for extended periods of time. Most people tend to ignore excessive nosebleeds due to feinged manliness or woman's intuition, but when the blood starts a gushing from their eye sockets or ear drums they panic like there is no tommorow... Though in some cases there isn't . . . Nah! I'm just messing with, they all survive, well unless they don't ...
What degari says sounds quite logical. Having studied on homeopathy, I would reccomend along with whatever fruits you eat, have garlic, peppermint tea and cocoa (the unsweetened powder) throught, or if just once to twice a day. Cocoa contains much needed antioxidants that help prevent and treat, even cure many diseases, plus, the amino acids can help ease some of the tension (if it's hypertension causing the issue).
Cocoa has the ability to ease hypertension! Peppermint is a euphoric and expands the airways in the lungs and nose. if you're having trouble breathing through your nose, this might do the trick!
On the death thing...we all die at some point, don't we? it's part of living.
Hope you get better soon!
Also, how much WATER do you drink? Not soda or anything else with added material, just pure water? It could be you're dehydrated as well. When people get too dehydrated their body can reject blood in panic, some have even sweat blood too.
Garlic, coca and peppermint contain chemicals that releive pressure and congestion in the head by the veins too, so too much pressure of the veins in the head could be breaking, forcing you to get these horrific nosebleeds.
