Well its out now, and the DLC is probably just an update just like anything else so if anything was changed trainer wise it'd be like any other change and CH would easily pickup on it..
Version changes require a new trainer most of the time which the DLC would change the current version so a fixed trainer will probably be needed.
Update has broken trainer.
Also, the only worthy thing about the new campaign is the addition of the M60.

Thats what i said, most game version updates will require a new trainer as some of the coding may have been changed.
As for the M60, its fun but boring.. all it is is just a larger Rifle, bigger clip and default explosive ammo, nothing special imo.
The M60 is fun but if you are bored by it try using it in controlled firing mode like in real life situation, control your rate of fire by firing short 5 round burst, the M16 uses 3 round burst. In Nam we used the 5 round burst for MG's.Try not to get tempted to use over the 5 round burst, I still hold my breathing when I fire a weapon in computer games, it stuck with me from real life. Enjoy the game
