So I have no idea whatsoever what my password is, and apparently one of my settings has put my NAT Type to Closed (so says MW2) and "makes it not harder for others to connect to you, but you from connecting to others" (or the other way around can't remember, I guess you have noticed I'm nervous because of this). So I want to reset it, I read something about a button in the back (I also don't have the manual), but there is only one and its the On/Off switch, is that what I need to press in order to reset it? Thanks in advance.

Actually, sorry but I'm not done yet.
Resetted the router, now I can acess the settings, that leaves me with the issue I discribed in the first post, which is for some reason seriously damaging my Ping, DL speed and so on.
EDIT:
I have turned on that UPnP thingie, no luck.

I honestly just suggest just giving the router a couple days... the same-thing happened to me, couldn't log in to router so I factory reset it(button on the back) and normally my dl speed is anywhere from 10-20mbps but after resetting it was only half that and I could only connect to matches in mw2 over 70ms(which is very odd for my connection).
It seemed to fix it's self in about a week, I'd also check the firmware.
