Well it's now way too late xD

I don't see why tiny little things need to be updated nearly every week! I've noticed barely any change at all from patch to patch. There's no need. I'd rather just have large, infrequent patches than small frequent ones. It's annoying and unnecessary.

Have you already selected the game and then have deactivated the update function?

That's not a bad idea.
However it is done now... Many of us have their game updated and now we can't play with the current patch...
