anyone knows if Solo play (without CPU, just free building a big city) is going to be available?

not sure, though i know you can free roam after defeating the enemy, so you could choose a huge map, and put an easy ai on it, beat him quick then choose to carry on map after

actually i beleive that you can build without an AI, tryed it myself. you still have a victory point conditon but yes you can play with out an AI(CPU)

EDIT: found it, when changing which person (character) to fight against, scroll to the bottom and choose none
