Arceus code here it is i finally got it to work you hit L+R then go into any poke mart and a guy in a green hat will be there make sure you have room in your party and he will give you an arceus at level 100 ot TRU!!!!!! so im sure it will trigger the event im going to try it now!!!!!!!!!!!!
