Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello,

I'm having some trouble registering my trainer manager. I got my code, but I can't figure out how to input it. This is all I see on my input screen? I've tried typing the code into both boxes and pressing enter, but nothing happens. Here is an image of what I see:

I believe you mus put your username into one of the boxes and the code into the other. Username on top.
