Aye, as PWizard suggested you have to press F1 during the start splash screen before the game menu appears.

I get a CTD when I've activated the trainer and attempt to start a game, does this work with the Steam version of the game?

I hate Steam... the game updated AGAIN today and now the trainer is not working... GRRRRRR

Steam is awful. I tried turning it to "offline" mode. I'm hoping the helps stop all this stupid micro-updating.
