Hi, I was wondering if anyone could post a way to modify the weapons and/or armor pieces to have better damage, accuracy, rate of fire, recoil, shield strength, etc. using the .ini file, specifically what do I modify (i.e. where do I look for to change the value of the M15 Vindicator).
For example: the revenant assault rifle to have even better accuracy than a pistol or for a piece of armor to have more health or shields than the standard (instead of 15%, 99%)
Thank you very much.

Those will make it accurate but not pin point (which is annoying) with no recoil.

You can up the damage, it's under this line under each weapon: Damage=(X=10.8,Y=10.8)

Though a word of advice: If you change this, make sure you also change the damage multiplier done by the AI towards you.If you up the damage and did not tone down the multiplier, then the AI will surely kill you faster.
