To be honest, that didn't even cross my mind, despite already having a backup of most of my ME1/2 saves... though I can justify my moment in stupidity with the fact I have two Careers, only one of which I'm actually planning on importing to ME3. I was just curious if the other would be permanently changed if I changed the ending.
