Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Having some issues registering the Trainer Manager. When I click on "Unregistered" I get the popup with two boxes to input Alias and Reg Code (which I have)and the third box simply says "Unregistered".

I have clicked every space on the popup and hit about every key on my keyboard, but it does not close the box, accept my code, change status etc.

What am I missing here?

I had to confirm email/ profile to post here and now its working (auto accepted on code entry). I assume they are related.
