"Yeah, well mine were $200 and I got them custom made!" "Custom made at Payless or at Kmart?" "Ohhhhhh! FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!".
Geez. This is soooooo 1989.

For the last decade or so, I have been a customer of the Simple company for my shoe needs. They used to be skateboarding shoes, so it would count there. Now they focus on green materials, which is OK but not my primary concern. My biggest issue is comfort, where they take the cake.
But so do some nice Chuck Taylors from Converse...
