MASTER CHIEF!!!! he has several advantages over both of them 1) gordon Friedman is a plain simple normal human (i think... don't go for half life much) 2)samus' suit is far too bulky to fit in a lot of places MC can 3)MC's suit is designed to intercept his neural pathways (?) so it both provides shields for him and improves his reflexes and stamina 4)samus only has one gun. master chief has any guns he can find, a squad of marines, tanks, ghosts, spectres, warthogs, turrets, etc etc. so yeah MC would win, then Samus, then Gordie (by this time a smear on the floor)

I would have to say Samus. There is the fact that Gordon Freeman is just a normal human, however a very resourceful human, his suit does not match up to those of the Master Chief and Samus. So it narrows itself down to Samus and Master Chief. Now there are those that argue that the Master Cheif's suit allows him to have better stamina and reflexes, but there are also biological components in Samus's suit that allow the same thing. Samus also has the jump jets located on the upper back of her suit, and her weapon that she wields doesn't run out of ammo and there isn't the problem of her dropping it either incase she was hit with a lot of force. The arguement that she has only one weapon is not a very good one as it has several different variants including the plasma, wave, and ice beams, and now the three new ones, the dark, light, and annihilator beam, not to mention the built in missle launcher. So, Samus has the Master Chief beat by a long shot.
umm....yeah MC would snipe or rocket launch her a** before she had a chance to use her ONE gun... note MC can also shoot her with 2 weapons and kill her twice as fast.
