In Europe only for 12th Today you can see the update installing enabling the menus but you've the message that you don't own the add-on even when pre purchased

Yep, europe needs to wait a little longer. I got the game today - saw it at a store and couldn't resist - but i can't activate the key at steam. Says there is no service for my area. Till tomorrow then, i hope.
