In the first round of both the CHUUL Cup and BotR, we had ties. Two ties to each bracket. This is the tiebreaker. Should this result in another tie, I will do a coin toss and do a video as proof. Latios, being the Moderative Manager, will review the vid as confirmation that there was no rigging or cheating.
