they automatically take the food from you

wow thanks it work are u use the cheat / trainer ? i use it...lol it so FUN but later i will re-play the game without cheat .. (the trainer won't work)
u know how to order prisoner join your party ? and specially the lord...i want to make them into my party ..

You have to join a kingdom to make lord's part of it.
To order prisoners, go to setup camp and you can ask if prisoners want to join.

but be careful the morale of the troops decreases and you risk to lose men from your party
