I have downloaded the offline key request tool and generated an offline key but when i put it in my "My Trainers" folder which has all my trainers, they just freeze and say either

"No Internet Connection Found..." or "Failed Authenication (or something like that)..."

Your AV or OS permissions might be blocking the trainers from reading the offline key. Also make sure that your internet is truly disconnected.

Well I am running Kaspersky Internet Secruity 2010. and my OS is 64-bit Windows 7 Professional.

And how much more disconnected can it be if it's my internet cord is on the floor (my computer is about 3 feet off the ground on a desk)

Kaspersky proves to be troublesome at this point because it blocks nearly everything. So my advice is to turn off proactive defense or add that folder ("My Trainers" to its exclusions list.

Also in your "My Trainers" folder, do you keep the trainers themselves or their shortcuts?

If you are done with the above two, and still encountering the authentication problem, I advice you to disable UAC (User Account Control).

Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

Yes, that is where I have the trainers themselves (plus the archives).

And, the VERY first thing, when I installed my Windows 7 was disable the UAC.
