Does anybody knows how to complete this 2 Ozammar side quest Topsider Honor and The Dead Caste it the only side quest i can't complete there seem to be some kind of bug

Topsider Honor Quest
I have all the topsider sword parts but can't find the location in ortan thaig.

Dead Caste Quest
I have the dead caste insignia i went back to the shaperate in diamond quarters but it did not trigger any dialogue.

For the Dead Caste there is a book back at the shaperates that are used to end the quest. Use Tab to see it easier.

Topsider Honor Quest:
Okay, so here is what i know about this quest. After you've collected all three topsider's items, you should go to the warrior's grave in Ortan Thaig.
Well i couldn't find a marked map for you. And i'm not sure if i can place a link here. So hope this works for you:

Go to dragonage.wikia dot com
When you are in the site type in the searching bar: "Ortan Thaig" there should be a map to the right. So in base to this map am going to give you the indications on where the warriors grave should be.

You enter in the south, so all the way to the south-east there's a big open space and from it to its south-east there's this little space that has the shape like of a worm's head. Well there should be the warriors grave.

I have the limited edition of the dragon age book

examine warriors grave in the beginning of oratin thaig

Once u have all three items return warrior grave in ortan thaig and collect ur reward.

dead castle
u have to get 4 codex entries to the legion of the dead armor.

Find grave by completing codex located in the tunnel leading too the broodmother and obtain insignia. Return the insignia to the shaperate in Orzammar.
