Everything but unlimited health is working in the trainer for me i have the lastest version of the trainer and the game any ideas?

For me it seems the "One-Hit Kills" option sometimes conflicts with the "Unlimited Health" option.
I only noticed it on the Special Forces missions, but then I don't think I've had that option activated during single player.
When I have "One-Hit Kills" enabled I will sometimes get killed by a single hit or a few hits even though I have "Unlimited Health" turned on also.
If I then play the same level again, but just deactivate "One-Hit Kills" everything works as expected as far as the trainer goes.
